Refund Policy

  • Course payment must be made 5 days prior to the start date of the course in order to guarantee placement in the class;
  • Course cancellation prior to 5 days before the start date of the course will receive full refund (100%) of paid course fees;
  • Registration cancellation between 5 days and 24 hours prior to the start date of the course will be charged a cancellation penalty fee equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the paid course fees;
  • No refunds will be given for non-attendance or withdrawal from course during the duration of course;
  • All refunds will be issued back to the individual or company named as the payee on the receipt.
